Man and machine against the toughest off road racing conditions known to man. Three Baja Protruck competitors took on the challenge this year and would all cross the finish line. Troy Vest who appears to be unstoppable this season took the win in his Chevy powered Protruck. With only being held up by race traffic early on and falling victim to a nasty silt bed, Vest would overcome both and cruise the rest of the way for a much deserved win. Coming in second was Gary Magness in his Ford Powered Protruck. Gary would have some technical issues early on that would put him well behind lap traffic that seamed to keep pushing him backwards all day long. Third went to Chelsea Magness in her Ford Powered Protruck. Chelsea stopped early on to help out here teammate Gary and would succumb to the same lap traffic the rest of the day.
